The 9 warrior deities offering tormas to be given to each and every participants.
The participants have to carry the torma using the right hand, while the left hand waves the 9 warrior deities flag which they had sponsored. The colour of the flag one is suppose to carry is determine by one's chinese zodiac. The waving of flag symbolises ushing of good luck, health, wealth and all positive conditions into one's life. As we chant RACHA LO, which means victory in tibetan, we proceed to the fire pit, where we offer the torma that is carried on our right hand.
The flags are collected at the end of the puja and will be hung in the high mountains where Ganden rinpoche's monastery is. This symbolises that one's good luck, health, wealth and all positive conditions will be as high as the mountains.
